How We Fulfil Orders

Juneria operates as an online retailer and works with third-party fulfilment and logistics partners to process and deliver orders.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Our estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days from the order date, including processing and transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating after the carrier receives the shipment.

Separate Shipments

Items from one order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before completing payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Delayed or Missing Parcels
